This is an old wooden folding 2 foot long advertising ruler made and signed by F.L. Shafer Co. with advertising text printed on it for Landsrath Co. in Union City and Corry, Pennsylvania....which sold farm supplies. The ruler has four six inch segments. Folds fine. No damage.
