Neat Mid-Century Modern thick Murano style cased art glass butterfly shaped ashtray with a white glass base and red top with swirls of gold in the red. Swung edges with pinched areas that look to be cigarette rests, but perhaps it was just intended as a decorative bowl or dish. Unsigned, maker unknown. Measures about 10 inches wide. Very good condition with no damage. Shows a few slight scuffs on the underside.
