Antique original period letter from the Grand Dragon to Exalted Cyclops concerning Pass Kode, and includes the code letters for states. The letter was found in Pennsylvania. It was framed in the modern wood grain frame, under glass, as pictured by the former owner. We did not remove the letter from the frame. The letter shows some slight yellowing and some creases as pictured. For size reference, the frame measures 9 1/2 x 11 1/2 inches. The frame shows a few spots of light scuffing to the finish, but generally is in pretty nice condition.
