Vintage estate jewelry brooch in the shape of a oval with floral micromosaic design with some millefiori glass pieces. Nice old handmade micro mosaic, marked Italy on the back. Rope twist border and separations between sections of glass. The brass twisted wire shows some light verdigris in spots.
