Vintage stramped brass or bronze pinback button in the shape of a shield with "Jr. I.A. of N.J." across the top and #3441 underneath with the slogan, "Doing My Bit" above an antique plow with the state seal of New Jersey at the bottom. Exact age and origin of this pin is unknown. Appears to be some sort of home front pin from some agriculture group.
