Product Overview
Antique celluloid button, pendant or pin of some sort with a brass bezel with a picture of the Sulphur Spring one room school house on one side and the teacher Theodore Woods (1851-1854) on the other. Not sure exactly what this is or where it's from. May have originally had a pin at the top and this piece as a dangle. Also not sure if it's from Pennsylvania or New York, both of which have a Sulphur Spring. This was found near the PA/NY border, but in the western, Lake Erie side, and both PA and NY Sulphur Springs are towards the center of each state.
Condition is as pictured, no damage. Shows some light surface wear and a dark patina to the brass as pictured. Measures 1 3/4 inches wide. Refer to the photos for a better idea of the style and condition, you will receive the exact piece that is pictured.
