Old brass betel nut cutter tool with steel handle and a brass body with a dragon or sea serpent of some sort cast into it. Unsigned, maker unknown. Measures 9 inches long. Very good condition with no breaks or damage. Shows some age and tarnish to the blade and a dark patina to the brass.
