Product Overview
Antique Chinese snuff bottle with stacked 7.2 Candareens silver coins from the Kwang-Tung Province in China. The bottle is stamped China on the bottom and does not appear to be signed, maker unknown. The bottle has faces in relief on the shoulders as well as embossed leaves. There is some type of applied gemstone of some type on each side as pictured. The stopper is ribbed and has some Teflon type tape wrapped around a portion of it to make it a tighter fit in the bottle, as pictured. The bottle measures just over 2 inches tall and when the handle is included, it measures just over 3 1/2 inches tall.
The bottle is in very nice condition. It is unpolished and shows tarnish as pictured. No damage. The silver content or lack thereof is unknown.
