Antique silver plated candle snuffer wick cutter tool, hallmarked with unknown hallmarks, see pics. These shears are in very nice condition, unpolished, with no damage. The silver has a tarnished old look and the mechanism is spring loaded and works well. Footed design. Measures just under 7 inches long.
