We're not Staffordshire experts...by any stretch of the imagination, but these seems to be a rather oddball piece. It appears to be a small cup or dessert plate made by Ralph Stevenson & Williams with print of Harvard University on the top but has the "Scudder's Museum" stamp on the bottom. It shows tons of age and wear and some old staple repairs as pictured.
