Vintage cork wine bottle stopper in the shape of a man in a hat with an "M" on it who is holding a sign. The stopper is mechanical and there's a lever on the man's back that, when pulled, raised the man's arm with the sign. Unsure of what exactly the man is supposed to represent or his profession. The piece seems to be unsigned and unmarked. It appears to be an Anri piece that would have been hand-carved in Italy. Very nice condition with no damage or heavy wear, though there is a bit of glue between the man and the cork, suggesting it may have been repaired or the cork replaced at some point.
