Product Overview

Nice lot of 1960's era photographs and ephemera, much of it with a military theme. The album has photos, mostly black & white, with a few colored ones. It also has military ephemera that belonged to Ernest C. Catron from the New Castle, PA area. The album contains over 200 photographs and ephemera items within the book itself. The photo album was found with a nice big stack of correspondence and other bits and pieces of ephemera. You get everything you see pictured....photo album and stacks of military letters (most appear to be to the soldier while stationed at Fort Hood in Texas.

The photos include seven post-mortem photographs of deceased soldier(s) or veteran(s) in caskets in a funeral home. The photos also include some neat candid shots of soldiers with weapons. This lot would give you many hours of entertainment and reading enjoyment and would be a nice little addition to your U.S. Military ephemera collection.

Refer to the photos for a better idea of what is included and the condition. Not all photos or ephemera is pictured individually, so much of the lot will be a surprise.
