This is an antique late Victorian or turn of the century era photograph of a young baseball player with a mustache wearing a Panama catcher's uniform. He's holding a baseball in one hand and has a glove or mitt on the other. His hat is laying behind him and he's standing in front of a decorative hand-painted backdrop. This mounted or boarded photo on card is slightly larger than the standard cabinet card size. Possibly identified as "John Cook" in later writing on the back as pictured.
