Antique wood handled powder measure tool made by Union Hardware in Torrington, Connecticut. Cup slides fine. Shows all sorts of age and wear and the brass has a dark old patina. Inner cup and rim are a bit out of round. No breaks or major damage. Signed U.H. Co. on side of cup. Graduated measurements on cup.
