Condition: NOS, still sealed in original package. Package is in very good condition with no breaks or major damage. The clear plastic box does show some light overall surface wear from storage and the clear plastic hang tag has some bending and is partially torn where it attached to the box. The doll and surf board and other accessories are still sealed in the box and have never been removed. The doll has several areas of some type of white crystals forming on the surface of her skin on her face and hair as pictured. The design of the package is not air tight...these crystals may be some type of mold from storage or some type of plastic decay...doll is being sold as-is.
