Vintage hand-painted Delft ashtray with chromed spinner top that spins when pushed down and screws back up to prevent smoke from escaping. Very good condition with no chips or cracks. The chrome shows some wear and spots of tarnish as pictured. Made in Holland. Measures 4 1/4 inches wide.
