Vintage handmade wooden folk art tie rack with two hand-painted dogs facing each other. Rack has a protruding wooden bar with a painted flower in the middle. Unsigned, maker unknown. Measures just over 12 1/2 inches long. Very good condition with no damage. Shows some age and light surface wear only.
