Antique or vintage galvanized metal porch box or cooler that was for use as a delivery receptacle for the milkman to place new bottles of milk inside of and for storing your empties for him to pick up. The box is unsigned and the maker is unknown. Box has no stenciled or embossed advertising on it of any kind. This old box would make a nice project piece for adding your own painted lettering or vinyl graphics to customize it to your favorite local dairy or other design.
