Antique Summit Syringe No. 2 original box made by B.F. Goodrich Co. in Akron, Ohio. It's just the box, the enema syringe and accessories are not included. Has paper label with printed advertising on it on the inside of the lid as pictured. Measures 8 1/2 inches long. Good condition with no breaks and damage. Has some surface and finish wear to the wood as pictured and some loss on the paper label.
