Rare vintage medical ointment jar for "Pama Rub," manufactured by the Pama-Rub Co. on 14th Street in Buffalo, New York. Molded in white milk glass with a recessed Hazel-Atlas "H over A" maker's mark on the base, fitted with a knurled metal screw-on lid. Retains its original wrap-around paper label detailing the formula (oil of eucalyptus, pine needles, cajeput, menthol, peppermint, and camphor in a petrolatum base) alongside instructions for colds, burns, and cuts. Contains some vintage residual contents inside. Good antique condition with the milk glass intact and free of chips, a sound metal lid with honest surface oxidation/patina, and a clear, readable label showing authentic edge wear, staining, and light paper loss at the back seam.
