Here's a brief overview of our winter liquidation auctions on Whatnot. Click  here to see all our scheduled auctions on Whatnot, and give us a follow to be notified of upcoming auctions. To see additional items for sale that do not appear on our website, click through to our Whatnot Shop.

Cassette & 8 Track Tape Auctions on Whatnot:

1. All tapes are as-is (no obvious damage).

2. Refurbishing supplies & pressure pads are available in our Whatnot store.

3. Sorting/unboxing shows have $4 starts on tapes. We offer daily coupons above to everyone, and rewards discounts and buyer giveys to repeat viewers and buyers.

4. All tapes are as shown. Cassettes come in cases they are pictured in. Brand new cases are available in our Whatnot store and if purchased with tapes, the old ones will be replaced prior to shipment.

5. Items in the Buy Now section can be purchased or feel free to make offers.

6. Items listed in the auction tab can be requested during any music livestream auction.

7. We DO NOT refurbish any tapes, sorry. There are people who do and many how-to videos on Youtube that are readily available.

8. Start prices may be lowered at times for scanning shows.

9. During scanning shows buyers can request which tapes they would like to run. We are open to bundling deals depending on how complicated it is, how many are in the room, our mood, etc.

10. During unboxing/sorting shows, we really can't do requests, but will show what we have if your requests are available during the scanning/shelf shows.

11. Dealers and other sellers are welcome to buy and resell our products as well as advertise your shows and auctions in the chat of our shows.

12. Some items that are not purchased during our sorting/unboxing sales may be added to our Buy Now inventory or pre-listed auctions inventory for future shows....or may be offered on other venues, so if you see something during a sorting show, jump on it when you see it.

13. Gummy rollers will be noted in lives and descriptions of any in the Buy Now....if you don't know about gummy rollers, Google it and educate yourself.

14. To make choosing simpler for buyers, you can just use the numbers like shown below when I'm using my wood board thingy.

15. And finally, if you didn't know, almost ALL 8 tracks will need to be refurbished to work correctly, which usually includes replacing the felt or foam pressure pads and often the sensing foil splice. Failure to do so will likely result in the tape "popping" at the splice or sounding like crap. Many cassettes need new pressure pads as well. Replacement of pressure pads on 8 tracks and cassettes is pretty simple.

Vinyl Auctions on Whatnot:

1. All vinyl records are in VG+ condition or better, or should be.

2. Covers / sleeves are as shown in live.

3. During sorting shows, we will be showing random records and sorting into genre.

4. We have no plans to sort vinyl by artist, so it's probably pointless to ask if we have some specific record.

Ephemera Auctions on Whatnot:

1. We'll keep doing $1 starts as long as people keep buying.

2. During shows, you get what is shown. Most shows this winter will be random unboxing and selling of lots, many suitable for resale.

3. During ephemera auctions with pre-listed items, buyers must request items by code at beginning of the title. We don't show the pre-listed items until they are requested.

If you're still reading...We had to move from our retail location due to the landlord selling the building. We have about 2 years worth of accumulated ephemera, books and music in boxes that we moved. We also have a large amount of music inventory purchased with our new location that we will eventually start to work into the sales...all of which is in boxes and unsorted as well.

Our format and techniques will likely change slightly over the winter, but it is our goal to liquidate much of the inventory that is boxed up by spring so that we can basically sell some stuff while sorting and free up warehouse space and make a fresh start.

We have other inventory and will be having numerous antiques/collectibles, watches, military etc. auctions throughout the winter in addition to the ephemera and music auctions and those auctions will have any specific instructions listed in the show notes of those shows.

Thank you for reading this, hopefully it will eventually cut down on the amount of repetition that we need to do during our livestreams.
