Original antique Bohemian Czech Egermann style ruby stained / flashed blown art glass footed vase (c. late 19th to early 20th century). Features a rich cranberry-to-ruby red flash over clear crystal, copper-wheel cut to clear and acid-frosted (mat-etched) in a classic forest woodland scene depicting a perched bird amongst pine trees and stylized floral foliage. Finished with a flared ruby-edged rim, waisted pedestal neck, round foot, and a rough pontil mark on the base. In good antique condition with no chips or cracks, crisp wheel-cut detailing, and honest age-appropriate shelf wear and scratches on the underside foot rim. Measures about 10 inches tall.
