This is an authentic vintage mid-century modern (MCM) large amber glass ashtray. The piece features a substantial, classic scalloped or petal-shaped design with six defined cigarette rests spaced evenly around the perimeter. It is made of solid, transparent amber glass, consistent in its deep brownish-gold tone throughout. The thick, high-gloss glass gives it a heavy and substantial feel. It is in excellent vintage condition with no visible chips, cracks, or heavy use scratches, and the bottom shows minor, standard shelf wear from age and there is a short rough manufacturing mark on one of the cigar rests. Measures about 7 inches wide.
