This is a vintage hard plastic tipping hat snowman Christmas ornament / figurine (c. 1950s). Molded from opaque white hard plastic, the charming holiday figure features a snowman holding a black broom in one hand while tipping his black top hat with the other, detailed with black painted eyes, nose, coal buttons, scarf lines, and broom bristles.
The top of the black hat includes a molded eyelet loop for hanging, while the flat base also allows it to stand as a tabletop figurine.
