Product Overview
This is a vintage Irish Wade Porcelain Leprechaun / Gnome Bookend (often from the "Larry and Lester" twin bookend series made by Wade Ireland / Wade Ulster during the 1960s-1970s).
Crafted from high-gloss glazed porcelain, it features a cheerful, hand-painted gnome or leprechaun in a green cap and coat standing against a rich teal/emerald blue bookend structure. The underside shows the typical unglazed white porcelain base with faint residual maker markings. It exhibits excellent luster, vibrant glaze depth, and smooth edges with no visible chips or cracks.
Measures 4 1/2 inches tall. Refer to photos for better idea of the style and condition, you will receive the exact single bookend that is pictured.
