This is a vintage mid-century ceramic baby planter depicting a sleeping infant in a long christening gown, resting inside a stylized bassinet or cradle. Accentuated with soft blue airbrushed highlights, yellow roses around the base, and gold gilt rim details along the collar, sleeves, and floral centers, it features classic 1950s nursery design elements. The back opening forms a small planter pot for greenery or small flora. In excellent vintage condition, it displays high gloss glaze with no visible chips, cracks, or heavy crazing. Measures about 5 1/2 inches tall.
