This is an authentic vintage Robinson Ransbottom Pottery Co. (RRP Co.) "Sun and Moon" celestial pattern jardiniere / planter (c. 1940s-1950s), made in Roseville, Ohio.
The heavy stoneware pot features an embossed mid-century design with stylized sun medallions positioned over linear blades of grass. It is finished in Robinson Ransbottom's signature two-tone blended utility glaze, showcasing a rich high-gloss tortoiseshell amber-brown drip running over a deep avocado-green base. Condition is excellent vintage with no chips, cracks, or flea bites; features a clean interior and natural glaze anomalies typical of Ohio utility stoneware from this era.
