This original antique real photo postcard (RPPC) captures a logger standing outdoors between his two draft work horses at an active lumber mill site.
Dating to the early 1900s-1910s era, the worker wears a heavy jacket, work cap, and rugged boots while holding the bridles of a white workhorse on his right and a dark workhorse on his left. Large, neatly stacked piles of freshly sawn lumber frame the background alongside a wooded forest clearing. The card is in very good condition with exceptionally sharp focus, strong contrast, and clean borders.
