Original late 19th-century Victorian trade card advertising Clark's Mile-End Spool Cotton (No. 36 Best Six Cord). The front features a colorful chromolithograph illustration of a marching band leader playing a giant oversized spool of thread like a bass drum. Lithographed by Donaldson Brothers, Five Points, N.Y. The reverse features detailed period typography promoting thread colors, dye quality, and compatibility with home sewing machines. Measures approximately 4.25" x 2.75". Excellent condition with sharp corners, clean edges, vibrant color, and no creasing or mounting residue.
