This is an authentic vintage advertising booklet/pamphlet (c. 1910s-1920s) for the Duplex Fireless Stove, manufactured by the Durham Manufacturing Co. of Muncie, Indiana ("World's Largest Makers of Fireless Stoves"). The cover features green and black graphics depicting a woman presenting a baked dish alongside the green-painted cabinet stove and cookware attachments, with the slogans: "Cooks Entire Meal, Bakes and Roasts Brown."
The bottom of the cover features a local retailer ink stamp for "PASADENA GROCERY CO., Pasadena, Calif." The reverse side details instructions for baking, roasting, boiling, stewing, and steaming using hot disks and steam vents. Based on the measurement standard provided, the folded pamphlet measures approximately 3 1/2 inches wide by 6 1/4 inches tall. Condition is clean and intact inside a protective sleeve, showing mild age-toning.
