This is a vintage heavy brass POG slammer from the 1990s.
The object is a heavy, solid circular disc made of cast brass. The top surface has a decorative holographic decal, which features a detailed, reflective 8-Ball billiards graphic. The central large 8-ball is encircled by a kinetic, "spinning" pattern of twelve smaller 8-balls on an oval track, complete with stylized motion lines.
