Product Overview
This is a vintage Space Age spring-launch missile toy (Model No. 636), manufactured in Hong Kong during the late 1960s or early 1970s. Molded in a bold patriotic red, white, and blue plastic palette, the multi-piece toy functions via an internal metal plunger rod fitted with a solid red ball handle at the base. The main blue rocket stage features molded fins stamped "NO. 636" and "MADE IN HONG KONG." To operate, the user manually draws back the spring-loaded plunger handle and releases it, using mechanical kinetic force to launch the interlocking white collar and red nose cone section skyward.
