The upper text features a standard saucy or "flirty" comic caption that utilizes phonetic dialect: "Honey, I'se Waitin' Fo' You Here". The card was copyrighted and published by E. C. Kropp Co. of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and bears production number C75. This specific example has been Posted (used), featuring a standard 1-cent Defense stamp with a "HATTIESBURG MISS JAN 27 1941" machine postmark.
