Original 1907 Black Americana colorized postcard titled "I'll Call For You Wednesday Evening" (No. 271), illustrated by J. Tully. Depicts a young boy with a sack standing under the moonlight looking at a perched rooster/chicken. Postally used and postmarked July 1909 in Battle Lake, Minnesota, with a green 1¢ Benjamin Franklin stamp. Good vintage condition with crisp colors, minor corner wear, and clean period handwriting on the reverse. Great historical paper ephemera collectible!
