This is an antique primitive wrought iron cow/livestock bell featuring a classic tapered trapezoidal shape and a top mounting loop. Constructed with riveted/welded seam construction, it retains its original long internal clapper made from an old square-head bolt. Measuring approximately 5 1/2 inches tall, the bell displays heavy authentic rustic patina throughout, including surface rust, oxidation, and traces of old bronze/brass wash finish. Clanks like an old cowbell should.
