Showcase natural lapidary artistry with this vintage Brazilian banded agate carved ashtray or catchall dish. Cut from a natural agate nodule with an unpolished natural exterior rind, the top face is polished to a glass-smooth mirror finish. It reveals striking fortification and waterline banding in warm amber, honey, caramel, and creamy white quartz layers, complete with a carved cigar or cigarette rest groove. Retains its original vintage paper "MADE IN BRAZIL" label on the underside. In excellent vintage condition with no post-production chips or damage, displaying only natural inherent geological fissures, mineral inclusions, and minor shelf wear.
