Artisanal cut from an elongated natural agate nodule, it preserves its rugged, unpolished rocky crust along the outer perimeter while showcasing a mirror-polished top face. The stone features rich layers of carnelian red, amber, caramel, and honey-toned fortification banding wrapping an oval carved well ideal for resting a fountain pen, rings, or daily trinkets. Originates from Brazil and carries remnants of an old red-bordered paper label on the saw-cut underside. No maker's mark is present, as is standard for natural imported stone carvings. In excellent vintage condition with no post-production cracks or chips, exhibiting only natural inherent geological fissures, mineral vugs, and light age wear to the base.
