This is an original antique 1886 Victorian trade card advertising Logan's Choice Flavoring Extracts and Blood Purifier & Tonic out of Baltimore, Maryland.
Lithographed by L. P. Griffith & Co. Baltimore and copyrighted 1886, the front features a vibrant color chromolithograph titled "A Cotton Ball", depicting an anthropomorphic caricature of a dancing young Black girl in a yellow polka-dot dress wearing an oversized cotton boll headpiece. The reverse side features printed customer testimonials praising Logan's Vanilla extract alongside promotion for Logan's Blood Purifier and Tonic for Dyspepsia, Sick Headache, &c. at Depot 314 W. Baltimore Street.
Condition is excellent antique with rich stone-litho color, crisp typography, clean margins, sharp corners, and a clean reverse free of album glue, thinning, or paper loss.
