Antique 1907 color lithograph baseball novelty comic postcard illustrated by Luther C. Phifer (Theodor Eismann / De Witt C. Wheeler, Illustrated Song Series No. 1820/1, Made in Germany). Captioned "Eve stole first and Adam second, St. Peter umpired the game", featuring Black Americana caricature artwork depicting Adam literally running off with second base and Eve carrying first base past the grandstand crowd. The reverse is unposted with an ornate divided back. In fair to good antique condition with bright colors, showing light corner creasing on the top left and two paper pulls on the back from prior album mounting.
