Product Overview
Original 1924 Real Photo Postcard (RPPC) studio portrait of an African American infant, identified on the lower border in period script as "Andrew Mark Hamilton. Age 7 mos. Mar. 29, 1924." The child is dressed in a white gown and seated on pillows in an ornate carved high-back wooden throne chair. Reverse is unmailed with a divided back and authentic AZO stamp box (two triangles up, two down, dating 1918-1930). Condition shows authentic period moisture tide lines along the top edge of the photo and the lower margin of the reverse, with clean facial clarity and intact edges.
